Welcome to the terms and conditions ("Terms") for our Subscribe & Save subscription ordering program (“Subscribe & Save”). These Terms are between you and Obagi Cosmeceuticals LLC and/or its affiliates ("Obagi", "we" or "us"), and govern your and our respective rights and obligations. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Obagi.com relating to Subscribe & Save. Please note that your use of the obagi.com website is also governed by our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms. By placing an order through Subscribe & Save, you accept these terms, conditions, limitations and requirements. Please read these Terms carefully. Obagi reserves the right to change the Subscribe & Save benefits, including the discount amounts and eligibility used to determine discount amounts, at any time in its sole discretion. All changes will apply to future orders, including for current subscriptions.

Obagi.com offers Subscribe & Save subscription services to purchase select Obagi® products on a recurring frequency that you choose. Subscribe & Save discounts and any Subscribe & Save limited time special subscription promotions in effect apply only to eligible items indicated on Obagi.com , and then only if you select the Subscribe & Save delivery method. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to limit the products eligible for subscription on Obagi.com. Your Subscribe & Save subscription will automatically create a new order according to your chosen delivery schedule, until you cancel it.

Obagi reserves the right to cancel a member’s subscription. Subscribe & Save Terms are subject to change. By joining this program, you agree to all Terms including receiving recurring deliveries. Offers and prices are subject to change. Subscribe & Save offers cannot be combined with another offer. While supplies last.

The total cost charged to your payment method for each Subscribe & Save order will be the cost of the item on the day that order is processed less the Subscribe & Save discount, plus any applicable sales tax. The charge for each Subscribe & Save item shipment will be billed automatically to the payment method used to create your subscription. Your subscription will continue according to the chosen frequency until you cancel it. At any time, you may pause or cancel your subscription. You will be charged for any applicable taxes and shipping fees. You are responsible for managing your upcoming subscription order. The shipment schedule will follow the frequency you requested when you selected the Subscribe & Save option.

During certain promotional periods, product subscriptions offers may vary or may not be available on Obagi.com. There is no minimum term of the subscription and no minimum purchase obligation.

Any fraudulent activity will warrant account suspension and cancellation of ALL subscription services.

You will receive frequent email communications for your upcoming subscription orders. You can manage your subscription orders through the provided links in the email, or you can manage all your subscriptions online at www.obagi.com by creating an email associated with your subscription order in the Subscription section of your My Accounts, or for personal assistance call toll free at 1-800-636-7546, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CT. You can also contact us by email: customerservice@obagi.com.

If you need to update your credit card information, you will need to create an Obagi account. Your credit card information can then be updated by requesting an email be sent to the email address tied to your account in the Subscription section of your My Account page.

It is possible that your subscription may get delayed, paused, or cancelled if products are out of stock, discontinued or no longer available, products are no longer eligible for subscription, transportation services are delayed, credit card is not valid, fraud, or for any other reason.

We may, in our sole discretion, change these Terms, (including all applicable terms, conditions, limitations and requirements on the Obagi.com website), without notice to you. If any change to these terms is found invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that change is severable and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining changes or conditions. YOUR CONTINUED PARTICIPATION AFTER WE CHANGE THESE TERMS CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE CHANGES. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ANY CHANGES, YOU MUST CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTIONS.
